UK Delivery Only We currently operate on a UK only shipping model and offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Rates & Couriers We are pleased to offer free standard delivery across mainland UK on all orders. Your package will be fully tracked and shipped via DPD or Royal Mail.

Delivery Times Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from the date of shipping. While most packages arrive promptly, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting customer support. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Jersey & Republic of Ireland (ROI) While we do not offer automated checkout for locations outside the UK mainland, we may be able to accommodate orders for Jersey and the Republic of Ireland on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly at hello@pheeal.co.uk before placing an order so we can provide a custom shipping quote and discuss any local import duties or taxes that may apply.
