Shipping Info

UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK on all orders. Your package will be fully tracked and shipped via Royal Mail or UPS. Delivery typically takes 1-3 days from the date of shipping, but please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

USA Delivery

All orders to the USA are shipped fully tracked via UPS, and there are no additional import duties or taxes to pay. Orders typically arrive within 7 working days. However, if your package is selected for random customs inspection, delivery may take up to an additional 7 days.

Delivery to Europe

We ship to all EU countries, except Spain. Please note that you are responsible for any import taxes or duties required by the laws of your destination country. These fees vary and are paid directly to the courier, who will contact you if needed.

All European orders are fully tracked and sent via UPS. Delivery typically takes 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.

Canada Delivery

All orders to Canada are sent fully tracked via UPS. You will be responsible for any import taxes or duties, including GST (5%) and possibly Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), depending on your location.

Delivery usually takes 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

Australia Delivery

Orders to Australia are fully tracked and shipped via UPS. Since we are a small business and your order is valued under AUD $1,000, you shouldn't have to pay any additional duties or taxes.

Delivery generally takes 14 working days, but please allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive.
